At Kotibhaskar, safety is not merely a protocol; it is the cornerstone of our corporate culture. Recently, we observed National Safety Week, a time dedicated to honouring the backbone of our projects, our hardworking site teams. While our construction sites are hubs of dynamic activity and progress, we firmly believe that our most significant achievement occurs when every single team member returns home safe and sound at the end of the day. This NSW was just one more step towards ensuring and further cementing this culture
A Week of Rigorous Training and Awareness
From March 4th to March 10th, we transformed our sites into centres of active learning. Our goal was to empower our workforce with the knowledge and tools necessary to maintain the highest standards of site safety. Our training modules were comprehensive, covering essential areas such as:
· Working at Heights: Best practices for fall prevention and harness usage.
· Electrical & Mechanical Safety: Protocols for handling heavy machinery and power systems.
· Site Housekeeping: Ensuring a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment.

Celebrating Excellence and Commitment
The week was more than just training; it was an engaging experience for everyone involved. We fostered a culture of vigilance and shared responsibility through interactive PPE challenges, safety poster and slogan competitions, fire safety demonstrations, competitive safety quizzes, and rigorous site-wide housekeeping drives.
The celebrations culminated on March 11th,2026 with a special closing ceremony at our Gomati Narmada project. We were honoured to have Mr. Chidambar Kotibhaskar and Mr. Sukrut Kotibhaskar lead the proceedings. Their presence served as a powerful reminder that safety is a leadership priority that resonates from the top down. Safety awards for top performers and the best safety-compliant team/site were presented by Mr. Kiran Kulkarni, Founder of Airotek Group.
He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 35 years of experience in industrial project management, especially in Air Pollution Control and infrastructure projects.
He has led major projects for organizations like DRDO and ISRO, promoting a strong safety- first culture across all operations.
We extend our sincere gratitude to every worker, engineer, and staff member who participated and made this week a resounding success. Together, we are not just building structures; we are building a safer future for everyone.
